The Okutala Etosha Lodge is a private lodge situated on a breath-taking piece of Namibian land, covering 24,000 hectares.
Their focus is rehabilitating and releasing wild animals within their natural habitat.
Over 6 long years of rehabilitating these rescued elephants that arrived at Okutala's Elephant Rehabilitation Program from various areas in Namibia, we were able to sucessfully release these four into the wild on the 24,000 hectare Okutala Farm.

About Xplorer Volunteer Program:
The Oxford definition of an "Xplorer" is a person who explores a new or unfamiliar area.
At Okutala we define it as being a part of our essence of nature, revive and restore. Where you will work directly with wild and rescued animals.
Xplorer Package:
Various activities presented by our dedicated and highly qualified team on a fixed schedule program, shared accommodation in our Farmhouse and soon at the newly established Xplorer Village replacing the Farmhouse.
